Well in my option it is not only possible but a person’s life can be transformed as well to a new way of living. This will all depend on whether the person with the addiction is really ready to seek the help they will need to beat this addiction. Dilaudid is a very addicting opiate drug that is very hard to stop using once it gets its hold on you.

This drug is available in pill form and is found in many cough medicines. The drugs can be taken in many ways but addicts prefer to snort or inject the drug. Once this drug has been used for a while a tolerance will be developed when this occurs it will require the person to use more and more of the drug to get the effect that they desire.

When this happens it is usually the onset of dilaudid addiction and if the person suddenly stops taking the drug they will have some very serious withdrawal symptoms, including nausea and vomiting, cold chills or goose bumps, insomnia, nervousness, and may have some paranoia. It is not uncommon for an addict to overdose on dilaudid.

When you are finished with your detox you will want to continue on with residential treatment. This to help ensure you will stay clean when you leave rehab.
