Healthy cooking is all about moderation mixed with a good dose of ingenuity, so use your head and you’ll be able to eat smart.

And when it comes to what type of meat you prefer, a big difference can be found in fat content and overall calorie count. In the end, healthy cooking doesn’t have to mean the end of good taste. But if you plan it properly and use a bit of creativity, it could mean a rediscovering of new recipes and great new flavours.
