We are constantly bombarded by these systems whether we are at our favorite horse track, checking out horse racing sites online or even when we are watching TVG. To be fair that is how they make money so you can’t get too upset with them. However, it should be noted that in order to maintain our bankroll we need to avoid horse racing system scams as often as possible.
One quick way to ensure that you aren’t buying into the hype of a hot horse racing system would be to design your own system. Of course it wouldn’t be a scam because you would be making it for yourself and who would try to scam themselves? However, the key to this is that it is extremely time consuming. Although it is likely the safest and in many cases the most profitable, either due to time or mental fortitude it is also the least likeliest solution.
If we delve into the horse racing systems that are out there we need to keep our heads about ourselves. Keep in mind that the betting public has been proven to be correct that the lowest odds horse wins about 28% of the races out there. If you see a system that claims a number much higher than this I would be very wary. A few percentage points, sure, but if you see one touting 50% plus winners? I would head the other direction. Sure if you found one that was legit it would be awesome, but why would the seller be giving it away if it was?
A final note, if it seems too good to be true, then the old adage definitely sticks with horse racing systems: it is! I don’t care if we are talking about polytrack horse racing systems or the standard dirt systems, if it is promising the world you are likely just to lose whatever you paid for it in addition to whatever you bet using the system.
