Repeat this process 10 times and then proceed to the final exercise.

For this final exercise you also kneel on the floor, making sure that your heels just come up to meet the buttocks (you'll notice this is not your default comfortable position, but is required for maximum effect). Put your hands on your belly and begin to bend your head down towards the floor making sure to maintain the same posture throughout, and again you should notice a stretch across your abdominals. This is again a yoga style pose and should be held for at least 30 seconds, with a return to the starting position done slowly and gracefully while controlling your breathing as you proceed. Repeat the process 10 times.
