Muscle Building Stages

When it comes to bodybuilding, there are three main principles that you need to understand so that you will have the knowledge regarding the process that your body undergoes to build lean, mean muscles. There are so many muscle building programs out there today and choosing what among them to employ can be quite difficult. On the other hand, if you have the right understanding of the, previously mentioned, process you will be able to come up with your own weight training and lifting program designed by YOU and for YOUR specific body type.

There are actually three stages involved in terms of building strong lean muscles. First one is all about muscle stimulation. This is done by lifting weights and performing other exercises. Basically, this is the entire work that you load your body with whenever you are at the gym. In order for you to properly stimulate your muscles, you need to push it beyond the point of pain. Doing so will force your muscles to grow larger and stronger. The true answer to the question of how to bulk up fast is to stimulate as many muscle fibers you can in the shortest period of time possible.

A lot of newbie bodybuilders are not giving their nutrition the proper attention it rightfully deserves. After stimulating and tearing your muscle fibers, they need to restore and repair themselves. With that said, you need to feed your body with the right amount of nutrients. Different people will have varying nutritional needs, so make it a point that you do proper research regarding what is the right meal plan that will suit you best.

Lastly, you need to put much consideration to your resting period. This is extremely important due to several reasons. For one, your muscle tissues need ample time for them to reconstruct themselves. Another thing is that, if you are not getting enough rest, you risk over heating and over training your body.
