Diets for quick weight loss often focus on one main ingredient, a.k.a. the cabbage soup diet that was the craze a few years ago. This diet is not good because you need a variety of foods to get good nutrition. Another negative for the diets for quick weight loss, is the fact that you probably don’t enjoy much of the food that you have the chance to eat. The experts believe that in order to successfully lose weight, you have to have some foods that you enjoy in order to stay interested in the diet. Most of these diets for quick weight loss are not approved by the American Heart Association although most of them claim to be approved.

We cannot forget the proteins, which you can find in beans and rice as well as meat, fish, poultry, nuts and soybeans. Good luck!
