If you have a young teen that is out trying to find jobs for 15 year olds, there are a few things they can do. When you are a young teenager it is impossible to get a job at traditional places because they are too young to be hired so you will want to help your teen to find alternative ways to work.

Parents who want their teens to start learning to be responsible and to know the value of money may want them to start thinking about summer jobs even before they can get them. After all, there are young teenagers who can make great entrepreneurs and it is never too young to start learning.

They can start up a lawn mowing service, a garden weeding business, and other similar things they can do during the summer to produce income. They can then use the money for vacations, video games, or other summer activities that they may be interested in.

Other things that your young teen will be able to do to earn some money are odd jobs for people such as cleaning out their garage, running errands, and other tasks that people need to have done that they have no time to do themselves. The key is to find things that grownups in the neighborhood hate doing and would be willing to pay a young teenager to do. Real jobs for 15 year olds are pretty much impossible to find so you have to get them to be resourceful and go out and create their own job.

If a child starts working from an early age he or she will be able to learn the value of hard work and will likely become a very responsible adult. Sit down with your young teen and discuss all of the ideas that you have come up with and see if any of them are something that interests them. If you have a creative mind, you and your child should be able to think of something that will get them started in the right direction of earning their own money.
