Get rid of cellulite in 2 weeks! It sounds tempting. “It is not a final solution” you will say. But by eating foods that eliminate excess water and toxins you will be surprised to find out that you can indeed contribute to cellulite removal!
Your daily menu includes: banana, boiled potatoes, avocado, mushrooms, sauerkraut, spinach and broccoli. Eat 3 times a day (possibly 1-2 intermediate meals) and you must drink 4 pints of plain water.

Here are some ideas that should get you going towards getting rid of cellulite:
Breakfast:
1 - banana yogurt: mix a banana with lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey and mix the whole composition with a yogurt
2 - cottage cheese with apples: mix 5 oz cheese, one tea spoon of honey, cinnamon and an apple cut into cubes
3 - sandwich: 1 slice of bread, 1 small cube of butter, 1 slice of ham (fid or cheese) and a slice of water melon
Lunch:
1 - beef and vegetables: 3.5 oz of grilled beef (boiled) and 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, mushrooms in a little oil. Spice it with pepper and garlic.
2 - cottage cheese and potatoes: 9 oz potatoes, 5 oz cheese and 2 sliced tomatoes
3 – fish and spinach: 5 oz spinach, 1 fish cooked or baked. You can serve with a spoonful of sour cream and lemon juice
Dinner:
1 - avocado and yogurt: 1 sliced avocado, juice of a lemon. Prepare a sauce of yogurt, salt, pepper, parsley. It can decorate with tomatoes slices.
2 - spinach and chicken: the chicken is boiled or baked and it is served with cooked spinach or in salad form.
3 - mushrooms and lettuce: fry the mushrooms in some butter and serve them with salad (oil, lemon juice, salt) and pieces of crispy bread
Snacks will consist of fruits and dairies if you get hungry between meals.
