Starving the body in the name of dieting is not a good way to lose weight. Eating right always matters. Avoid junk foods. Try to include as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible in your diet. It is also good to eat hot food. Try to avoid stale or refrigerated items. Instead of eating a lot at once try to break up it in moderate quantities.
You may not be able to lose 15-20 lbs a month by following these tips. But you will certainly notice a great change gradually that will help you in many ways.
