You are like most people, your inventory is sitting ay zero, in fact, it’s not really sitting at zero, and you are in a negative balance situation.

Most of us are in this situation, we are going for bore, all of the time, but we are still not keeping up with the demands on our time, and the demands we place on out time. There is a difference, same end result, but the outcome can be changed if we intervene early enough.

As we tear around, going for bore, we are not staying ahead of the demands made on us, so what do we do, we start to stock pile activities and tasks, things we can not do today, we push back to tomorrow, as we proceed, we are facing an ever increasing schedule that is getting fuller by the day, what to do?
